Suede and Leather Release

Please read and fill out the form below.
Suede and leather garments, because they are made of animal skins, sometimes have natural defects that may not show up prior to cleaning. In addition to normal wear, following are certain conditions that we must bring to your attention:

  • Certain areas of the animal skin may have weak or thin spots that may chafe during the cleaning process.
  • Previous exposure to moisture and heat may cause the skin to become stiff, tender, or brittle.
  • Some skins, even after dyeing, may still show faded areas.
  • As with other fabrics, we may not be able to remove all stains.
  • Uniform color can not be guaranteed if the skins were not matched evenly at the manufacturer.
  • Heavily soiled linings may be difficult to clean completely.

By filling out and submitting the form below you agree to not hold OZO2 Eco Dry Cleaners responsible for damages in the unlikely event of the item losing or changing its color, changing in size or shape, changing its texture or feel, developing tears.
